Refunds

Refunds for our subscription services can be requested within the first **14 days** of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be processed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 5-10 working days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your LabSure subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your services until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining billing period after cancellation.
